What is as Pre Approved Short Sale?  A short sale can take place when a home owner owes more money than the property is currently worth.  This requires the permission of your lender.  Lender's guidelines vary on who will qualify for this type of real estate transaction, but there is some great motivation for both the lender and the homeowner to work together opposed to foreclosing on the property.  This is the prime reason President Obama introduced the "Foreclosure Alternative Program".

The homeowner,  may minimize the impact to his credit report and not go through the stress of the foreclosure process,  which many compare to being evicted.  Industry statistic state that about half of the people that go into foreclosure have not even talked to a real estate professional.  Make time for our 10 minute presentation it could make a world of difference in the direction you take.

The "Banks"  can avoid the lengthy foreclosure process and the costs associated with it.  Banks often get a bad "RAP", as they are driven solely by money.  But, if you take a moment to think about it "Banks" have investor's money.  In many cases the investors are retirement funds.   They have to represent the investors,  the investor can be our moms and dads, our aunts and uncles, even our brother and sisters.  The "Banks" have a duty to do the best thing they can for their investors.
