George Kenner is the Broker Associate who brought together our "short sale" team.  He has 21 years of Real Estate experience and many of those years were spent working in Federal Savings Banks.  George has the qualifications that make the "Short Sale Process" easily understood.  He in fact helped  clients with a short sale as many as 17 years ago.   George is very active at the State and National Level addressing Short Sales issues.  He serves on the California Association of Realtors Distress Property Task Force and is frequently quoted by National Banking press. George has consulted with local Congressional Staff regarding our "Housing Crisis" and how the Real Estate Industry can respond to aid us out of this situation. He also takes an active role helping HUD Certified Housing Counselors and their clients look at potential ways to save their homes.

Mr. Kenner also is an active Blog writer addressing developments in the Distressed Property field.  He is very open in his bias to aid the consumer who is involved in a life transition.  Sometimes keeping a home is not the best thing for the homeowner or the Bank.  Sometimes it time to move on and start over.
