George Kenner is the Broker Associate who brought together our "short sale" team.  He has 19 years of Real Estate experience and many of those years were spent working in Federal Savings Banks.  George has the qualifications that make the "Short Sale Process" easily understood.  He in fact helped  clients with a short sale as many as 17 years ago.  The short sale process is not new to him.  George has consulted with local Congressional Staff regarding our "Housing Crisis" and how the Real Estate Industry can respond to aid us out of this situation.

In May of last year (2009) the Treasury Department presented the "Foreclosure Alternative Program" , labeled "FAP" or "HAMP".  George quickly translated the Banker's Jargon into easy to understand terms and produced a 10 minute presentation on the FAP/ HAMP  program. 

This program has gone through some revisions, (Supplemental Directive 09-09) and  the Government has  stated it is going to be more strictly adhered to, starting in April of 2010.  The name of the of program has become  "HAFA" it allows for some common sense resolves to difficult situations.  George has also developed a presentation answering the ten most important questions that "HAFA" can resolve.
